Help and documentation

Know what happens next.

A short guide to the product decisions that matter when a listing moves from draft to marketplace.

What can I do with the 50 welcome credits?

Create a first draft, try supported image operations, and learn the workflow before connecting a marketplace. Exact costs appear before paid work.

Do I need a marketplace connection to draft?

No. You can create and edit a canonical product first. A connection is needed for provider validation, sync, or publishing.

Does reference analysis copy another seller?

No. Supported references are used for factual signals and structure. The generated content remains original and images are not copied into the workspace.

When is a listing live?

Only after the marketplace provider confirms the listing state. Queued and processing are not live.

Exact costs appear before paid work.

AI listing text (a draft, each draft you compare, rewrites, A+ content, keyword ideas and each bulk product) is priced by the AI work it takes, from 1 credit. The exact credits are shown before you confirm.

AI image edits (background removal, upscaling, cleanup and lifestyle scenes) are priced per edit by the image quality you choose: Low, High or Premium. The exact credits are shown before you confirm.

Formatting-only image operations are free where supported. Subscription allocations and top-up credits are shown separately in the workspace.

Building an integration?

The API reference covers API keys and scopes, idempotency, rate limits, errors, pagination, and signed webhooks, with copyable curl examples.
